## What Monsoon Fire Offers

- Low Temp Firings: low-temperature bisque, low-fire glazes, and earthenware. Example: $15 half shelf.
- Mid Temp Firings: midfire glazes and stonewares. Example: $25 half shelf.
- Custom Firings: high fires, ramps, or private kiln runs. Maximum estimate: up to $65 for the whole kiln; the final price may be lower after staff confirms the plan.
- Pricing starts with half-shelf space unless staff confirms a custom firing.
- Anything over 10 inches tall starts at two half shelves. Bisque plates and bowls may stack when staff can do it safely; glazed surfaces do not stack.

## Policy Notes

- Monsoon Fire is a private home studio with no open studio hours. Address and access details arrive with the confirmed handoff.
- Standard dropoff and pickup can be self-serve; artists do not need a studio conversation for a routine firing.
- Work should be safe to travel and clean where it meets the kiln shelf. Artists should flag unusual or unknown clay, glaze, repairs, or inclusions.
- Studio staff loads and unloads the kiln and makes the final fit, placement, and compatibility calls.
- The planner gives an estimate, not a bill. The final charge is confirmed after firing from the space actually used.
- A studio-caused problem has no firing charge. Clay, glaze, or construction problems remain chargeable.
- Pickup starts only after the studio sends the ready email.
- The standard storage grace period ends 19 days and 6 hours after the ready notice; current extensions and daily charges are in the Studio Policies.
- Missing a pickup deadline does not automatically transfer ownership; unclaimed work remains subject to notice and applicable law.

## Agent Behavior

- You may summarize services, draft a clear request, and lead the user to the firing pathfinder for intake or quick answers.
- You may direct the user to the firing pathfinder to create and email a ticket to the artist and studio, with an optional one-page printout for dropoff. Treat the ticket ID as a billing and studio lookup key, not a booking, final quote, payment, or readiness confirmation.
- You may ask the user for material notes, size, handling notes, timing needs, and whether the request sounds like Low Temp Firings, Mid Temp Firings, or Custom Firings. Do not ask for a photo as part of the standard estimate.
- You must not book, cancel, pay, promise capacity, promise readiness, expose private location details, or impersonate studio staff.
